I've worked at my current position for over a year now, and I always get along well with the support staff for the longest time the secretary in our division has been giving everyone attitude. If she asks me to take care of something she can't, I will do it. But she's been really slacking on everything ordering paper, toner, making sure the schedule gets out. Even getting in to work. I work two jobs, go to school, and have other obligations. She's confided in me that she works this one job and then just goes home.
The other day I had to beg, borrow and plead to get some toner for our floor copier because she had forgot to order one, when I asked her to do it (her job) she flat out refused and told me to ask someone else, and then went on playing games on her phone. It seems like she does fuck all lately. I can't confront her, I'm not her supervisor..and my supervisor is aware of the issue and brings it up to her, but then this woman just pouts. I don't think she's ever grown up.
Tl;DR: A friend/co-worker who I had a good working relationship is now coping an attitude whenever any one of us tries to ask her to do anything. We've friends, but this is just getting ridiculous where she won't do simple office work and just plays on her phone. I end up picking up the slack.
