I'll try to keep this short. Basically my coworker found out some things about my sex life (a specific kink I'm into). I think he looked over my shoulder while I was on my phone, or possibly looked at my web history when I walked away from my desk? Idk.
Since then he's been telling everyone at work about my kink and making fun of me in front of everyone. I left work yesterday almost in tears.
I already went to our boss and he literally said "I don't give a shit". We don't have an HR department either since it's a small company.
How can I make him stop? Could this legally count as discrimination based on sexual orientation?
