So my girlfriend and I got together recently after years of being friends and I really couldn't have been happier at the time. Things are going unbelievabley great by most metrics but over the last 2 months since the relationship started I've asked to go out for food, to see movies, to come over to my place and to go out with mutual friends for drinks. She has said no to every single invite because she's "too nervous" to see me. Before we got together we could spend hours alone together with no problems but for some reason things are different now.
We haven't had sex. I asked her if that's whats putting her off, she said maybe. so I told her I'd wait as long as she needed but that hasn't made things easier for her at all apparently. I've told her I miss seeing her and that I'm not going to be in an online relationship with a girl that lives 5 minutes away but she twists that into me not caring enough to wait until she's ready. I've waited two months to see my girlfriend, I'm not the bad guy am I? Is this at all normal?
I really really care about this girl and not being able to see her plus the refusal to give an actual reason is killing me, what do I do?
TLDR - My girlfriend refuses to see me in person and hasn't given me an actual reason.
