How Farting Can Foster a Stronger Intimate Connection Between Couples

Every relationship has their own standard milestones but there are some common things in every relationship—your first date, first kiss, first sleepover, and your first fart.

Yeah! the last thing needs focus.

The first significant intimate moment in a relationship is not when you have the first kiss but it’s the first fart

When you start a relationship with someone, you show your best behavior. You even tell little white lies to build yourself up as an “attractive person” in the eyes of your partner. You want to start your relationship with the most attractive and pleasing things.

We are humans and humans normally need to fart. It’s totally natural. Don’t allow your partner who farts to feel bad for doing something so natural. If your partner is embarrassed, it is your duty to comfort them and make them feel better.

Farting in front of your partner creates empathy in your relationship It is like a test to see, if you are 100% you or not, in front of each other.

But when you reach on the higher and deeper level of love,  you will become the real you. At this stage, farting does not embarrass you in front of your partner.

The real definition of unconditional love

If you are having regular sleepovers, you have probably broken the fart barrier.

A strong relationship is formed on sincerity and trust, and you can only achieve this by being as natural as you can.

Once you understand each other’s sense of humor, it becomes easier to deal with these funny natural occurrences.

It’s worth mentioning that flatulence can sometimes be part of a larger health problem, some people feel difficult to control, especially for those people who are struggling with digestive disorders such as Crohn’s disease, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis or food sensitivities.

Almost every woman deals with gas and bloating during their menstrual cycle. If you are not frank enough to show the real you, it creates the problem and you really feel uncomfortable in front of your partner during these situations. And It is actually a negative point.

The more you can normalize it and not shame it, the better it allows your partner to feel more open and comfortable in dealing with changes or problems in their body.

They also feel the need to be secretive and embarrassed less often

Almost every woman deals with gas and bloating during their menstrual cycle.

Signs that show farting is healthy in a relationship:

  1. You start getting real
  2. You see your partner’s bad side
  3. Level of understanding increases
  4. You feel closer to each other
  5. You laugh more

What does science say about this?

Smelling your partner’s farts is the sign of closeness, but surprising fact that it also good for your health.

According to scientists, smelling fart is actually good for health. It helps you to ward off diseases. Hydrogen sulfide is main gas released, that provides the farts with their foul smell, but also gives the various health benefits.

Fart can help in protecting the cells of different organs of the body. Cells actually produce their own hydrogen sulfide when subjected to stress. Sometimes, cells need it from another source. In the case, to protect the mitochondria — the cell’s energy powerhouse. If the mitochondria fails, the cell dies and causes the disease. So small quantities of hydrogen sulfide are produced to protect this essential cellular organ when it’s under stress.

It also lowers your risk of heart attacks, strokes, dementia, and cancer.

Although hydrogen sulfide is well known for pungent, dreadful-smelling gas in rotten eggs and flatulence, it is naturally produced in the body and could, in fact, be a healthcare hero.

Being frank enough to fart in front of your spouse means, having complete trust and being comfortable, which are crucial for a relationship.  That means you’re not afraid to show the real you.

Just as you laugh, cry and eat in front of the partner, it should be normal to fart.
