I used to be FWBs with this girl, it was very casual, just sex (although very frequent, like 4-5x a week) and lasted for about a year or so. I met my girlfriend during the last couple months of my FWB arrangement with the other girl and have been with her for about 8 months now. I don't see the FWB girl anymore, we don't have any reason to keep contact, and she moved to another state last I heard of her.
A couple weeks ago my girlfriend and I had a pretty long conversation about bullying since her niece is getting bullied at school and she admitted to me that her coworker generally made life hell for her for 2 years. It was so bad that she had to quit what was her dream job and get therapy for it. And it turns out this coworker was my old FWB.
I was stunned to hear this but didn't mention anything about her. Ever since I heard this I've felt such hatred and anger at FWB for what she did and feel disgusted that I had a sexual relationship with her. I don't intend on telling my girlfriend about my history with her since it would crush her but it seriously hurts me to know that I had sex for a year with the woman who was ruining my future wife's life. I feel incredible guilt about this situation even though I didn't do anything wrong and I don't know how to feel any better about this.
TLDR- Girlfriend's bully used to be my FWB, I feel horrible.
