Hi reddit I need help. I’m 16, my friend’s name is Dannie and she’s 17. I have strong feelings for her but I constantly feel bad because she’s right there and I can’t have her. She’s beautiful, nice, has a good heart, she’s very caring, and she makes me feel safe and happy when I’m around her. We have a lot of the same mutual friends. A few of us went to San Francisco together (we had my oldest sister who is 20 and her boyfriend come with us). On the trip, Dannie’s best friend Lorena went with us. Dannie and I had talked about our friendship before (known each other 3 years now), she says she is really into me and I’m a great guy but she is not ready to date me yet, but she still flirts with tons of guys.
This part is important, she always asks me to hang out and spend the night, then we make out and when the clothes are about to come off she says she isn’t ready to lose her virginity, she always does this. I kinda doubt she’s a virgin, she always hangs out at other dude’s places and kinda rubs it in my face. Back to my story, when we went on the trip to the Bay, we got a few hotel rooms, she brought Lorena. Lorena and I had flirted before and we’re pretty into each other.
Since I already knew Dannie was gonna pull that “I’m not ready to lose my virginity” shit Lorena asked me to sleep in a hotel room just the 2 of us. We got it and Dannie was going to sleep in the room with the other 2 girls and guy who tagged along. At night, before going to bed, Lorena and I were making out and it was heading to us having sex then Dannie came to knock on the door right at the best moment. She was really sad and upset, then she asked if she could sleep with us and threw a mini fit and almost cried.
Lorena seemed to get kinda upset so I cuddled up with her to go to bed, then Dannie got in between us and then she hugged me and we all fell asleep. I was pissed, Lorena was pissed, and Dannie finally got what she wanted but Lorena and I are making plans to hang out alone pretty soon. Dannie always does shit like this, we hang out, and if I flirt or get hit on by girls she gets all up on me and basically gets the other girls to get away from me. Why is she doig this and how can I get her to stop?
