TL;DR We're moving in, but I make wayy more money than her. She doesn't want me to pay more for the apartment, but I also don't want to end up in a bad apartment. Not sure what to do.

We are together moving to a new country & city. Her budget is 250 Euros / Mo. for an apartment because she is going to Uni & her parents are giving her $.
She doesn't want me to pay more than 250 Euros / Mo. as well (so 500 Eur total).
I wish it could be equal, but I'm not sure how nice of an apartment that will get us.
I own an online business, and make about 6000 / Mo. Living somewhere nice is important to me, especially because I'll be growing the business while she is in university.
Right now I'm looking into business tricks to try see if I can save $ through an apartment through a business tax trick. This way we can get a nice place, and it saves $.
She's very uncomfortable with me paying more for the apartment, and I am a bit too (not as much tho). I'm more worried that we'll get some crap apartment while I make tons of money.
She could presumably live in the dorms, but I don't think this makes too much sense. She would spend so much time at mine anyways.
We've already practiced living together as well in my apartment, so we know we can do it.
What would you do in this situation?
